All the while i thought i was doing well in Sales and i've understand the whole sales cycle. But now my new JD shows that i'm wrong. I've yet to understand all. My new JD now is much more challenging. Demand and Supply, Factory line operation and also promotion is part of the factor that i have to take into consideration before planning my sales.
I kind of like my new job at KL now coz i'll provide me a better understanding of how to manage a total cycle of sales and also very much on investment. Every meeting and discussion is about P&L. It's unlike the sales that i did at Chin Heng.
My Boss Florance question me about field sales yesterday and i can answer her very well how and what we do at the field but her advice is that i implement my experience at the field to my current job now to enhance THRUPUT. All comes back to the profit for the company.
Am still monitoring CHHK sales at HOU and kind of miss the time where we had chats in between job at the corridor. Will be visiting them more often as we have Sales Convention and Maggi Roadshow in line for next year.
My portfolio will be Sauces and Flavour World. It's small but exciting. How recipe mixes can be blend and pack. Will update you'll more when i have better understanding of my job. Cya.
